Reservation must be cancelled by 4PM local hotel time, 2 days prior to scheduled arrival to avoid penalty of one (1) night’s room & tax. Reservation is fully prepaid, non-refundable at time of booking. No modifications once confirmed. Reservations made at least 72-hours prior to hotel check-in time are eligible for penalty-free cancellation, if requested within 24-hours of booking confirmation.

Traveling on 101 South:
Take the Highway 101 exit at Price Street.
Turn left towards the ocean and travel two blocks from the off-ramp to 2351 Price Street.

Traveling on 101 North:
Take the Shell Beach Road exit.
Turn left under the freeway and left again on Price Street.

While we do not offer a complimentary breakfast, we recently opened our on-site cafe called Bluff Bistro where guests cn order breakfast items until 10:30am. Otherwise, there are several restaurants in Pismo Beach, CA.
